Dark Oolong

Dark Oolong from Thailand

If you've ever seen a dark Teguanin, then it's something similar, because the production process is identical. The main difference in the type of tea bush and the region of growth. The leaves of the Assamis are more tart and rich in flavor and contain more caffeine. The taste has notes of prunes, bark, dark chocolate and others.

How to Prepare Dark Oolong

  • Water temperature: 100 degrees Celsius (212 °F).
  • Housewares: transparent, porcelain or ceramic teapot or mug.
  • An amount of tea and volume: 1-2 tsp per 150 - 200 ml.
  • A number of brewings: 3-5.

 

  1. Place the tea leaves into the teapot and pour water into it
  2. The first filling lasts a few seconds and the water must be drained, thus washes the tea leaves.
  3. Pour water into the teapot again
  4. Leave the mixture for at least 45-90 seconds*
  5. Drain the water out from a teapot and your tea is ready to serve

 

* Increase time of next brewing for 10-20 seconds.

Была в Тайланде в ноябре 2013г,очень рада что случайно попала в Ваш магазин в г.Паттайя приобрела много разных чаев в том числе и черный улун. У этого чая приятный аромат из корицы,пить его нужно или с лимоном или с молоком,и в том и другом варианте очень вкусно.Порадовало то что я находясь в России смогу заказать без проблем эту замечательную продукцию,чему очень,очень рада.

    great aroma, no bitterness, beautiful color, nice taste. blends well with jasmine or chrystantemum.
