Pricing
We try to make sure every item has the correct pricing. In some circumstances we may have the incorrect price posted, if the correct price is lower you will be charged the lower price and send you back the difference or add you extra products which you ordered, if the correct price is higher we will contact you before completed your order.
Return policy
Defacing any item purchased from Tea Village automatically constitutes as non-refundable non-returnable.
Tea Village will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 7 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Tea Village will not be liable for defective items not reported within the 7-day policy.
Food products are not returnable. Opened tea is not returnable.
You can return unused goods within 7 days of receipt. We will credit you the full amount of the value of the goods but not the shipping charges.
