Описание
Что такое молочный улун и где он растет?
Молочный улун – это ароматизированный чай, приготовленный по технологии производства светлых улунов.
Наш вариант сделал из тайваньского сорта Цзинь Сюань – именно этот куст впервые назвали молочным. За основу берется только верхние флеши с чайного куста и традиционная тайваньская технология производства. Он обладает приятным мягким маслянистым вкусом и молочно-карамельным послевкусием.
Сегодня этот сорт растет в Королевстве Таиланд в экологически чистых северных регионах страны. В месте произрастания нет крупных заводов, фабрик или других производств засоряющих окружающую среду, а поэтому чай получается неповторимым.
Как заваривать молочный улун
Существует много способов, мы поделимся нашим.
- Температура воды: 90-100 градусов Цельсия.
- Чайные приборы: стеклянный, фарфоровый или керамический чайник/кружка.
- Количество заварок: 3-6 .
- Количество чая на объем: 1-2 чайных ложки на 150 - 200 мл.
- Насыпьте чай в чайник и залейте его кипяченой водой.
- Оставьте на 45-60 секунд*.
- Слейте получившийся настой и напиток готов к употреблению.
* увеличивайте время последующих заварок на 10-20 секунд.
