The basis is a small tea bud with white hair and one - two young leaves. The tea is harvesting from old bushes and tea trees. The age of some trees is more than 500 years. The first step after collection is "withering" depending on the recipe master time may vary. Once the tea leaves are oxidized to the desired condition, it is dried, thereby fixing the result. How to Prepare White Tea

  • Water temperature: 70-90 °C / 158 - 194 °F.
  • Housewares: we don't recommend use paper or plastic.
  • Amount of tea and volume of teapot: 1-2 teaspoon per 300 ml / 8.4 oz.
  • Number of infusions: 3-5.

 

  1. Place the tea leaves into the teapot and pour water into it.
  2. Leave the mixture for at least 45-60 seconds*.
  3. Drain the water out from a teapot and your tea is ready to serve.

 

* Increase time of next brewing for 10-20 seconds.
