The basis is a small tea bud with white hair and one - two young leaves. The tea is harvesting from old bushes and tea trees. The age of some trees is more than 500 years. The first step after collection is "withering" depending on the recipe master time may vary. Once the tea leaves are oxidized to the desired condition, it is dried, thereby fixing the result. At all stages, the leaves are treated with a special care in order to maintain its original shape.
Infusion has an almost transparent color with a yellowish tinge, but it does not mean tea tasteless. The taste is soft, rich with a floral, fruity and slightly sweet aftertaste.
It is easy to drink, it does not have bitterness. Nutrients and essential oils will help to relax and lift your mood.
Like any other tea "White Peony" has useful properties, which positively affect the human body, and by the fact that the tea contains tea buds, antioxidants therein are much higher than in an ordinary green tea.
Antioxidants fight free radicals that destroy the cells in the human body. Based on a recent study senior researcher John Weisburger of the Institute for Cancer Prevention Valhalla, N.Y. tea contains 10 times more polyphenol than vegetables and fruits.
