Blue Pea, Butterfly Pea, and Clitoria Ternatea are the names of Thai Blue Tea. This product is made from the flowers of the Clitoria, which is grown in the northern part of Thailand. After brewing; it gives a dark blue color, and a starch and pea taste.

How to Prepare Blue Tea
We'll share our recommendations.
- Water temperature: 80-100 °C / 176 - 212 °F.
- Housewares: we don't recommend use paper or plastic.
- Number of infusions: 2-3.
- Amount of tea and volume of teapot: 1-2 teaspoon per 300 ml / 8.4 oz.
- Place the tea leaves into the teapot and pour water into it
- Leave the mixture for at least 1-5 minutes.
- Drain the water out from a teapot and your tea is ready to serve.
Combines well with Stevia, Lemongrass, honey, and lemon.

Только вернулись с Паттайи.Были в магазине и попробовали много чаёв.Очень понравилось обслуживание в магазине и отношение к покупателю.Синий чай впервые пробовали на Квае,не понравился,вкус никакой.Но когда нам заварили его здесь и объяснили,что пить надо с медом и лаймом-вкус просто поразил!И цвет чая меняется с синего на фиолетовый.Купили большую упаковку не раздумывая.Теперь угощаем всех друзей этим необычным чаем!
