How to Prepare Safflower Tea

We'll share our recommendations.

  • Water temperature: 80-100 degrees Celsius.
  • Housewares: teapot or mug.
  • The number of brewing: 2-3.
  • The amount of tea and volume of teapot: 1-2 teaspoon per 300 ml.

 

  1. Place the tea leaves into the teapot and pour water into it
  2. The first filling lasts a few seconds and the water must be drained, thus this washes the tea leaves.
  3. Pour water into teapot again
  4. Leave the mixture for at least 1-5 minutes
  5. Drain the water out from teapot and your tea is ready to serve

 

Infusion has bright orange color with a flowery taste. Safflower can be used as an additive to teas and herbs.

This tea combines well with: Jiaogulan Tea, Stevia and Moringa Tea.
