The Lychee Black Tea
It is a full-fermented black tea from Yunnan province in China. Yunnan is well-known as a host to 15,000 species of plants, including 60 percent of the plants used in traditional Chinese medicine. When the fermenting process is made to the tea leaves, the oxygen causes the green leaves to turn into a dark black color. However, after preparation, the tea liquid is a nice orange-reddish color. The taste is nice, fruity and smooth with a touch of sourness and remains some sweetness on your tongue afterward.
Health Benefits
Most people with a sensitive stomach choose to drink the full-fermented black tea in order to balance the system. This is because of the fermenting process that helps remove tannins, which is usually what causes the stomach's discomfort. How to Prepare Lychee Black Tea
- Water temperature: 90-100 degrees Celsius (194 - 212 °F).

- The amount of tea and volume: 1-2 tsp per 150 - 250 ml.
- Place the tea leaves into the teapot
- Pour water into the teapot
- Leave the mixture for at least 2-3 minutes
- Drain the water out from a teapot and your tea is ready to serve
