How to Prepare Traditional Thai Green Tea

  • Water temperature: 70-90 °C / 158 - 194 °F.
  • Housewares: we don't recommend use paper or plastic.
  • Amount of tea and volume: 2-3 tsp per 300 ml / 8.4 oz.
  • Number of brewings: 1.

 

  1. Place the tea leaves into the teapot.
  2. Pour water into the teapot.
  3. Leave the mixture for at least 1 - 2 min.
  4. Drain the water out from a teapot and your tea is ready to serve.

 

The milk can be added.
