How to Prepare Moringa Tea

Since each person is different and everyone has their own preferences, we will share our recommendations.

  • Water temperature: 100 °C / 212 °F.
  • Number of infusions: 1-2.
  • Amount of tea and volume of teapot: 2-4 teaspoon per 300 ml / 8.4 oz.

 

  1. Place the tea leaves into the teapot and pour water into it
  2. The first filling lasts a few seconds and the water must be drained, thus this washes the tea leaves.
  3. Pour water into teapot again
  4. Leave the mixture for at least 5-10 minutes
  5. Drain the water out from teapot and your tea is ready to serve

Очень замечательный чай, мягкий травяной вкус. А самое главное очень полезный. Вкусно и в чистом виде и в смеси с зеленым чаем или лимоном.
