Earl Grey Tea

Earl Grey is the name of black tea enriched with oil of bergamot. The basis of our blend is tea grown on the island of Sri Lanka. In the production process added cornflower, citrus oil and the peel of the fruit, it gives the tea a wonderful flavor.

Earl Grey made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis var. assamica. Infusion has a rich flavor with a strong aroma of bergamot. This type very popular among English people, therefore, it is often possible to see Earl Grey in the morning and afternoon teatime.

How to Brew Earl Grey Tea

  • Water temperature: 100 degrees Celsius.
  • Housewares: transparent, porcelain or ceramic teapot or mug.
  • An amount of tea and volume: 1-2 tsp per 300 ml.
  • A number of brewings: 2-3.

 

  1. Place the tea leaves into the teapot and pour water into it
  2. Leave the mixture for at least 2-5 minutes*
  3. Drain the water out from teapot and your tea is ready to serve

 

* Increase time of next brewing for 1-2 minutes.
